Our main goal is that are customers are happy with their purchases. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item before placing your order.

Backorders: If we are unfortunately out of stock of an item ordered and the item should be available within 2-3 weeks we will hold that part of the order on backorder. If you wish to cancel the backorder you may do so, simply contact us.

Shipping: Shipping cost is based on order value. Free shipping on orders equal to $100.00 or more. The following shipping costs apply for US shipments:

$0.01 - $29.99 = $5.25
$30.00 - $65.00 = $6.95
$65.01 - $99.99 = $8.95
$100.00 and higher = FREE


For shipments over $1000.00 or shipments of furniture, please contact us before paying for your order.

International shipments: Please contact us before paying for your order. We charge the actual shipping costs for international shipments. Note that we cannot be held responsible for international shipments that may go missing (this has happened once in 12 years), unless you request us to insure your package and you pay the increased cost.

Payment: Currently our shopping cart sends you to Paypal to pay for your order. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment. You can also send us a money order or check by mail (178 Hillsboro St, Pittsboro NC 27312) or call us with your credit card information. (919-545-9296)

Our return policy is:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return your purchase within 14 days for store credit unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, unless an error was made on our part.

Fabric: Cut yardage is not returnable.

If an order is canceled after it is processed and boxed to ship a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
