Here are two border trims straight from the Camargue in southern France. This trim is sold as a 4 yard piece and includes 2 borders in rich red green blue gold and fuscia :
1) approx 2 1/8 wide trim with paisley designs vertical repeat = 4 1/8"
2) approx 3.5" wide trim vertical repeat = 8 1/8"
