Mali necklace #24

This necklace is made from from recycled shoes! A few years ago the women in Djenne Mali discovered  how to heat the plastic from broken plastic shoes and make jewelry components. This necklace has multicolored plastic lines. Close with a traditional leather loop clasp. Created by Master Jeweler Oumar Cisse from Mali. Each necklace is unique  so the order of the colored plastic lines may vary.

The necklace is approximately 19" in circumference.
