Mali necklace #01

This necklace is made from recycled shoes! A few years ago the women in Djenne Mali discovered  how to heat the plastic from broken plastic shoes and make jewelry components. This necklace has multicolored plastic pieces divided by red and black beads. Created by Master Jeweler Oumar Cisse. Each necklace is unique  so exact colors may vary slightly. The necklace is approximately 40.5'' in circumference.
