Ghana Pie Basket #023

Handmade in Ghana by a rural women's cooperative guided by Fair Trade policies, this basket from the Bolgatanga region of Ghana is woven with the abundant Vetavera (elephant) grass - a sustainable and environmental friendly raw material - and is useful, durable, and easy to carry.

This pie basket is great for carrying hot pies, holding bread or fruit, or for just gathering things!

This basket has a leather-covered handle and can be washed with water if needed.

The size is approximately 14.5" in diameter and 4" high (not counting leather-covered handle).
