Handmade in Ghana by a rural women's cooperative guided by Fair Trade policies, this fan from the Bolgatanga region of Ghana is woven with the abundant Vetavera (elephant) grass - a sustainable and environmentally friendly raw material - and is beautiful, durable, and works well! It gets HOT in Ghana! The handle is leather covered.
It features a beautiful black, navy blue, light green, teal, orange, muted pink and plum purple colored pattern.
The fan is approximately 11" across and 11.5" in length plus 7" for handle length.
